Painting Under The Stars – Pet Edition!

drinking, dining and creating at The Loma Club!
Paint Your PET!
Learn techniques to create texture & shading, and complete a stunning portrait of your a pet with help from Meryl Hamilton of ArtBeat!
Participants will submit a photo headshot of their pet in advance so that the ArtBeat team can sketch an outline of the pet onto 11X14 canvas. Participants will complete their pet portrait with paint during our 2.5 hour workshop.
Workshop will be conducted by ArtBeat artist & teacher, Meryl Hamilton. In addition to teaching art workshops for ArtBeat SD & Young at Art, Meryl Hamilton is an accomplished artist that specializes in custom pet portraits. This workshop is for adults, and teens are welcome when accompanied by a parent.
Weather permitting, we may be painting outside on the semi-private patio. Please come prepared in attire to support the weather (sun protection, and layers for a cooler coastal breeze).
After registering for this workshop, participants must submit a photo headshot of their pet to artbeat.meryl@gmail.com by September 18th to complete registration.
Painting is from 7-9:30pm. Please arrive early for seating & socializing!
